Safeguarding at Blue Skies School

At Blue Skies School, safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to ensuring the safety, protection, and wellbeing of all our pupils through a culture of vigilance and continuous improvement.

Designated Safeguarding Lead

Reporting Concerns - Public and Professionals

Carrie Myhill, headteacher, is our Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL). She leads on all safeguarding matters across the school and oversees our safeguarding policies, procedures, and training. Carrie is supported by a team of Deputy DSLs based throughout the school, as well as a Proprietor DSL who provides safeguarding oversight at governance level.

Pupils and parents are encouraged to speak to any trusted member of staff or contact the safeguarding team directly. All concerns are listened to carefully and responded to promptly.
